The renowned French pianist and conductor Philippe Entremont will perform as soloist with the Simón Bolívar symphony Orchestra of Venezuela, under maestro Eduardo Marturet, next Friday, May 10, at 6:00 p. m. at the Center for Social Action through Music.

The principal trumpet to the Berlin Symphony Orchestra will conduct master classes and appear as guest soloist with the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela at the Center for Social Action through Music in Caracas.

Next Thursday, May 2, at 6:00 pm, at the Simón Bolívar Hall of the Center for Social Action through Music in Caracas, harpist Rita Costanzi will play Joaquín Rodrigo’s Concerto-Serenade for harp and orchestra with the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela and under the baton of maestro Joshua Dos Santos.

A concert celebrating the work of the founder of the National System of Youth and Children’s Orchestras of Venezuela was given in Caracas by the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela, the Simón Bolívar National Youth Choir of Venezuela and the Children's Choir of Venezuela, under the baton of Gustavo Dudamel.
